Exclusive to Alder Products, the "Comet" electric power head comes equipped with an LED headlight, a internal on/off switch that will automatically turn the power head on once the wand has been tilted back and off when placed in the upright position, a clear brush roller and belt view window, a quick release swivel neck, and utilizes an integrated telescopic wand. It also features a low-profile design for easy cleaning under furniture, beds and other areas.

Comes complete with a 4 piece tool kit (12" Floor brush with wheels, Crevice tool, Upholstery tool with removal brush and Duster), dust mop, telescopic ratchet wand for use with floor brush and dust mop, caddy bag, wand tool caddy attachment, hose hanger and wall holder.

35ft 1 3/8" inside diameter electric crushproof hose (27% more airflow than 1 1/4" inside diameter hose) with a 3-way switch and a soft grip ergonomic handle with strain relief.

Hose is compatible with any standard 1.5 inch inside diameter wall inlet valve. Please measure your inlet valve to ensure compatibility. Your choice of either a pigtail or direct connect hose configuration. Please notify us of your choice after purchase.

Hose is NOT compatible with the Vacuflo proprietary inlet valve (HP Vacuflo Series 4940, 4949, 4940, 4941) and BUDD 1 1/4" inside diameter inlet valves. If you are unsure of compatibility, please message Alder Products Ltd.

Please note that the electric power head does NOT have height adjustment. Therefore, it is NOT recommended for use on high pile carpet.

Alder Products Ltd warrants the parts and accessories from defects in material and workmanship under normal household usage for a period of one (1) year from date of receipt. After the one (1) year period, the electric hose is covered by an additional two (2) year warranty and the electrical components of the powerhead are covered by an additonal one (1) year warranty. This warranty excludes damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse or commercial applications. Normal wear and tear is also not covered under this warranty for parts such as belts or brush rollers.

I've had this vacuum kit for about a month now, and so far I'm pretty happy with the quality. I communicated with the vender through Amazon right away to specify my cord type, and I think because of that, the unit arrived much faster than advertised. Some have commented that the hose is thin and lightweight. Actually, I have found this to be an advantage over our old Electrolux setup. This hose is much easier to drag around the house. It's plenty tough. I accidentally stepped on the hose, and it bounced right back, so no problem there. The power head seems well constructed and does what it's supposed to. The extension wand is all metal, and of much higher quality than our Electrolux's all plastic. I can't say much about the floor brush however. It works just OK, as the bristles fully surround the vacuum port, so sometimes you have to lift the head to capture the dirt so it can be vacuumed up. My old brush had some of the front row of bristles removed "like missing teeth" to allow the dirt to get through. I may perform surgery on these bristles to modify them. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and excellent customer service.
